This EULA applies to Gaming Mood Tracker – Tiltless and all other applications, services, and products published, owned, or operated by Appcaster Technologies CO. L.L.C S.O.C , unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any reference to “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to all such applications and related services.

1. License Grant

The Developer grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use is strictly prohibited without the Developer’s prior written consent.

2. Restrictions

Users may not:
  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover source code
  • Circumvent, disable, or bypass any security, protection, or licensing mechanisms
